Source for rear end hanger bar bushing-Brat

Featured Replies

Tonight my rear end dropped out of the brat. Both bushings in the rear end hanger bar failed and the whole assembly just dropped, leaving the nuts and washers still on the studs. I have it rigged for now with some iron plates at the bottom so the rear end can't fall off again. Is there a source for those bushings?

That one that you put on the 20 ton press is it. Thanks for the info! Do you remember where you got them?

My wagon needs them too. Aren't these also going into the early 80's - gen II ?? Or no ?I had my wagon off the ground for some tire/wheel work and they're seperating. I'll post the pic tomorrow.

But , yes , where do we get them? Can we send a mustache bar out to someone who sends it back with urethane?

Got my new bushings installed in my moustache bar today. So nice to have those fresh bushings in there. Hopefully they will last at least another 20 years.

Glad ya got that done!  Easy to do by yourself though.
