Has the car been tuned professionally on a dyno?  I assume you have it on a basic stage 1 map?  19 PSI is awfully high if you haven't had a dyno tune done.  Do you have an AF gauge so you know where you are in the stoichometric level?  14:1 goal and I bet you are real rich with those mods and have fouled plugs.

P0301,P0302,P0303,P0304 are the codes im getting, the previous owner said it was tuned by P&L motorsport in IL

My initial thought is fouled plugs because of the colder heat range, WRX runs cold plugs anyway, I don't see any need to have them even colder. Try a set of stock plugs first.

 

Second thought is the MAF sensor could be covered in oil from that K&N.

i got the codes to go away by changing the map, my 02 wrx over revs when boosting after i went to the drags. Would that be my clutch? Stage 1 exedy, previous owner says he had it put in at 80k now has 125k
