I repair the EA71 engine my Brat 78 . The engine is almost ready, the only problem is the camshaft and rockers. I got the part numbers, but unfortunately no longer sold.

Can I use the engine parts from 80's?

I found a few  part numbers, the question is the same, whether something is suitable for EA71 1978 ?

13001AA080 - JDM EA71A - MY84-94 - 87 PS @ 5600 rpm - unknown specs

 

315105120 - EUDM EA71 - MY79-94 - 74 PS @ 5200 rpm - duration 268°, lobeheight 5.62 mm

 

415107000 - EUDM EA71S - MY79-84 - 87 PS @ 6000 rpm - duration 296°, lobeheight 6.19 mm

 

415103220 - USDM EA71 - MY79-84 - 69 PS @ 4800 rpm - duration 260°, lobeheight 5.29 mm

 

415107000 is very hard to find, as is 13001AA080 I can imagine. 315105120 is easy for me to get hold of (used possibly also new).

3 are runners one valves are sticking and two have no idea but lots of ea71 engine parts

and a compleate 77 brat for 1000$ has under 100000kms on it runs good rusty floor but compleate
