1990 Subaru Legacy wont start after removing and reinstalling fuel injectors. Sounds like the engine is siezed. HELP!

Why did you remove and reinstall your injectors?  Did you have them cleaned or something?

I was trying to check that all 4 are in good shape because the car is new to me and I haven't checked everything yet.
