I was wondering if a subaru impreza wrx/sti headlight would work for a subura outback. If not do u know anywere to buy halo angle lights for a outback

No they won't work without some major work.  And thankfully I've never seen halo lights for the legacy line, I'd probably vomit.

You can open up the headlights yourself and paint them, just don't paint the reflection area. 

If you are looking for better lighting at night, then I'd suggest swapping in some after market driving lights, where you now have fog lights in your OB.
