Forester rear disc brake conversion

MY 98 auto forester with drum brakes needed rear wheel bearings. The donor car is MY 99 with rear disc brakes.

I know I def need e brake cable, but the donor is so rusty I am not sure i can pull everything I need off the donor.

Do the rear brake calibers, hubs and rotors are the same from legacy/outback fit forester?

And any other suggestion?

You can swap the backing plate, but you will have to get the hub out of the bearing to get anything apart.

You just swap the entire rear knuckles with brakes and ebrake cable and abs cable attached.
