Window sprays Question

Featured Replies

I have a 2004 Legacy LImited Edition. The front windshield sprays hit the sunroof better than the the windshield. Any ideas on how the spray nozzles can be aimed? Thanks

Find a thumbtack, shove it in the hole where the fluid comes out on the nozzle, re-aim, test, re-aim again, and enjoy

What sort of nozzle is Subaru using these days?

My 97 came with the 2 point spray nozzles (per side) that you can adjust like the previous poster said. The nozzle is on a ball socket. In the late 90's, Subaru switched to the fan spray nozzles, but they were non adjustable ones.

I actually replaced mine with some Honda fan style adjustable nozzles. Works nice, but the flow is slighly higher, and the windshield washer pump just barely puts out enough pressure for them. Always something. :-\

Commuter

on mine each nozzle shoots a flat wide stream... it does seem to hit high on the windshield, except when at highway speeds where the unconcentrated spray is blown to the bottom of the glass
