Does anyone know who could do an EJ22 swap for me in the Seattle area? Looking to buy a clean Brat and then pay someone to swap in an Ej22 and do a few other upgrades. Any recommendations on shops or USMB members that do these swaps on the side?

Probably best to find a good EJ22 Legacy as the donor vehicle - this will have all the bits you need except an external EFI fuel pump
