Does anyone have or know where I can aquire the clips that hold the plastic over over a factory installed ac coil in a 1985 gl wagon?

hi,

  are you refering to the little curved metal clips that hold the evaporator cast together?  they are about an inch long and just snap on in several places around the outside of the case?

I would take one to an autobody supply store and match it up if you can't get them through Subaru. That or online at www.clipsandfasteners.com or www.thecliplink.com .
