Can anyone tell me if a mid 90 outback hatch or tail gate will fit on a non outback or plain legacy wagon I need to know if the hingres will line up since one has a bump in the roof and the other don't Thanks for any reply

Yes they will. the hump comes back down to non-outback roof lines at the rear hatch.
