hello,

i just bought a '95 Legacy wagon and the driver seat is not good. there are some '00 Impreza RS seats near me and i was wondering if that is a direct swap, or even possible. also, if anyone know of any other possible solutions.

Yes, pretty much any Subaru Seat will bolt right in 93 and up.  You may have to switch the seat belt latch but most of the time they are the same as well.

 

The Forester Seats sit about 1.5" higher.

I went a similar route with my swap. Except I went from legacy to impreza - 2003 Baja seats into a 97 Impreza OBS. All that was needed was to bend the very front of the brackets so the angle matched the impreza. Took 2 minutes with a set of vice grips. Bolt right in.

bought seats  from a 98 Forester and they went right in.
