johnceggleston Posted March 13, 2014 Share Posted March 13, 2014 (edited) probably not. the sensors are probably going to be different, electronically. but they will probably thread in to the holes. some of the 00 - 04 cars have dual exhaust all the way back to the mid-pipe, beyond the cats. and therefore have more than the two o2 sensors that the 98obw has. i don't know about your 02 obw. how many cats do you have? how many o2 sensors? why do you need to replace your cats? they do not fail very often. most last the life of the car.
