Yes it will. Do a search here for 5 speed swap. Auto to stick is a little more work, but doable.

Hi, I am doing the same swap this is where I have found the most infromation; Subaru Modifications, Subaru Retrofitting. There is a lot of infromation there you just have to dig for it. Good luck with the swap.
