hi,

 i have this and don't know what it is,  it has a 6 wire plug with 5 wires in it,,  they are with (as a part of )  the wire  bundle that plugs into the ecm, the ecm has been  marked 1981 manual trans,  46082 7002   and   A16-000 010  > thats the ecm.

 

   but what is the little box? ?

It is a ECM for carbed engines from 1981.

   thank you for your answer, but,  i already said the numbers are the ecm for a 1981,  i am trying to determine what the little box in the picture is,  it has wires to it that are a part of the ecm harness and a in line fuse holder.   numbers on it are  in the pic.  

Is this a test?

I have 2 guesses.

1: Freon Muffler Bearing controller

 

2: Power window relay with fuse/breaker---- 5 wires and integral fuse/breaker to prevent over current/meltdown
