    is it just a straight bolt on? or is there other need things to do before the swap

    Definitely worth the effort and expense. Its still not a rocket, but overall driveability is so much better.

    If you get the redline kit it's a pretty simple install!

    You may need to buy various jet sizes to get it where you want it, but even out of the box it's so much better than the hitachi.
