April 24, 201411 yr Sf forester struts, raised king springs and a 1" spacer lift. This will give you more advantage than a normal lift kit. Better springs is the key.

The axles won't like that much lift a whole lot. That's close to 4" over stock. 3 is about as much as you want to go and not be eating axles. And with SF Forester struts(98-02) the rear spring perches are lower so you can't fit as big of tires without them rubbing on the spring perches. 03-08 Forester struts are better suited to fit bigger tires. Or 96-99 Outback struts are also an option. These are all a direct bolt in, but you will need to either drill a hole for the rear strut tops, or swap your Impreza top hats onto the Forester or Outback rear struts.
