I just scored 2008 Sti speakers and double din with 6cd changer in the head unit. The speakers I can get wire adapter and mod the spacer but the head unit.. Please advise. Time I have, money, not so much lol

The opening in your dash should be sized for a double din unit. At least the second gen legacy is that way. The stock radio and pocket pull out as one unit then you just unscrew the brackets and screw them onto the new head unit. As far as I know the harnesses should match up the same.

You'll have to do a little search for some features, such as the aux input as it was a second connector that the 1990 harness won't have.
