May 7, 200421 yr well i was working on a maf adapter for a nice big coen filter but since my maf was screwing up i said screw it and cut off the flange where the air box bolts on and filed it down and put the cone filter on it that way works good maf seems to like it better and seems to be behaving so now i have a nice cone filter and those little screeens on the maf are gone as well seems to help i don't suggest you try this unless you have a spare as a backup

May 7, 200421 yr Author well i didn't have a spare and i was getting annoyed trying to do the adapter at work and getting interupted and all i had at the time was half inch plate to work with so i did it the easy way

May 8, 200421 yr Author silly cone hoses they go to and from my saab apc boost controller 10-11psi weeeee and i ahve not even re adjusted it
