So I have a few of these hubs laying around that are identical to ones that I just sold with a rear disc setup, but I was wondering if they are also front hubs.  I had some others that had did not protrude inboard as much as these, so I want to determine if these are rear disc specific.

 

 

 

 

I think these are indigenous to the rear disc setup only. Looks like the spindle is about 1/4" longer than the fronts. I don't think the EA81s would be much different than the EA82s. 

Front hubs have a much larger spine set than the EA82 rears.

 

EA81 and EA82 hubs share spline count, and can be somewhat interchagned.....I say somewhat because the EA81 are a bit deeper.....so cotter pin location becomes an issue for final fitment.......but they will somewhat "work".

 

Rears are smaller and those look like rears to me.
