Outback Cargo Cover fix ?

My cargo cover went limp the other day... it won't retract any more, anyone know of any fix, new spring maybe ?

I have a 94 legacy wagon with the same problem so if its a similar issue --- would love to know as well!

It's been a while but as I recall from my 1990 Loyale, there is a wind-up mechanism on one end of the cover. I think I just wound it up like you would a window shade.
