I have everything oil pump for rebuilding bolts/seal/gasket kits..

 

Should I put RTV sealant before installed? What torque foot lb?

I wouldnt rtv anything. The outer bolts are inch pounds torque but dont remember the value.

I couldn't find a torque spec when I rebuilt my oil pump.   So I just torqued it at about 6 or 7 foot pounds... that's the same as the water pump.
