Tire size on 2000 Forester?

2000 Forester L- door jam states stock tire size is 205/75/15. The vehicle has 225/60/16 on alloy Subaru rims. Are these Forester S wheels? 

Does anyone know if this change from 15" to 16" wheels will effect the speedo or anything else?

There about the same size, the 225's you have on it now are actually smaller than stock by .4"
