Really quick (hope for quicker response) question -

 

Throwing in a pushbutton start for a friend since his ignition finally bit the big one.

 

Do I need to use an inline fuse for this???

I've run it both ways in the past but after burning up my dash in a snowstorm in the middle of BFE I learned that it's a good thing to run inline fuses. I have toggle and push button ignition on all of my Soobs and they have all been rewired with an inline fuse.

I'm wiring it as a standalone system so only thing to be affected would be the starter. But alas, I guess I'll just run a fuse - to be on the safe-side...
