  1. Rad Thanks I thought they where the same but it never hurts to ask, gauges here I come!
  2. Does anyone know if the Loyale wiring harness is stubed out the same as a GL I'd like to pull the inst panel from a GL to put into my Loyale for the volt and oil gauges but am not sure if it's a plug and play or if I'd have to rewire abunch of crap.
  3. Update it is AWD and he's got a lowball bit in that shes thinking over. the big prob is that Dad's not all that Subi savy and he's in the PNW while I'm in Co so each time I talk to him he's got new and different info. At first he thought it was a 3 door EA82T but anywho it's an AWD RXT and hopfully he'll score it for $750. And ya, a 1inch lift with a14 stuffed under it would be the shizel! Joel whats up, heard you moved, we gotzta rally!
  4. From what I gather it's a fwd and she needs it got sooner then later. I told him to start at $500 and stop at $800, but I always lowball everything!
  5. My dad is lookin at an RX with 150k on it, 5spd,new Turbo and Rad, straight body and ground FX in perfect condition. The girl that owns it is the second owner and has had it since she got out of high school, which is 4 years. He said everything looks tight, and he crawled all over it checking for rust/bond/leaks/ect. So what would be a good price? shes down to "best offer" as it's sat for a few months. Also he wants to do 14 inch pugs and an AA lift and turn it into a Baja/Rally car. He's crazy like that! So what are the thoughts pro/con for lifting an RX? (I thought it would be Rad!)
  6. Check out the liborator AT 225/70/14's at Walmart. Theres afew of us running them and they do good for the price.
  7. I live in New Castle and work at BSR in G-Wood. What kind of Roo do you drive?
  8. I don't know, you hurt my feelings with that "b!tched out" comment last time . I might be able to get out for a Sunday/Monday trip, or meet you guys Saturday night. When are you thinkin?
  9. This is prelift, but it's now fully Ozified with an LSD.
  10. :headbang:COLRADO REPRESENT!!!! Welcome aboard! what are you drivin? What do you guys think about a high country meet? A little showoff sesh then some light wheelin. maybe around Breck?
  11. My Brat started doing the same thing about a year ago, I have no idea why but it was only under load and it would give a loud clunk when it did it. I finaly just swapped out the tranny with a solid low miles one I scored at an auction. Sorry I don't have any insight for you, but I'm interested to hear what others say about this.
  12. Ozified lifts rock! I just put one in my '85 Brat, it's the badest thing on the road! Strange that he's not producing right now, if you have to wait it's totally worth it, great lift at a great price!
  13. P.K. Davis A.K.A. Ozified makes EA81 lifts heres the link: http://www.ozified.com/
  14. Am I wrong or does this work just like an inline moisture trap for an air compresor? If so pipe fittings will thread right on and they can be had for cheap from Harbor freight.
  15. You guys should load up on Los Bato's burritos and meet up on A mountain to tip 40oz'ers at dusk. Then cruize down 4th, maybe head over to Congress. Isn't it pub crawl season? Wish I could make it to Tucson for the meet! Hey, is Freddy Strokes still on the air?
  16. It's all SMOKE and mirrors:lol: did you see ME in Moab? (Oh wait, I pussed out!)
  17. I slightly over filled the oil in my wifes Jeep and it did the same thing. I'd drain it and refill it, see if it goes away. Were you turning one way when it happened? I had an EA82 that smoked on hard right hand turns only. Also I think the whole thing is made up as I've never seen your Hatch out of the driveway (well once) much less on a trail:lol:
  18. Don't do it, I had one for about 20 driving hours and it crapped out on me. The company won't even stand behind them! I had a customer service guy tell me I was lucky it lasted as long as it did! I heard the same thing, once they started making them out of country they turned to crap. I'm back to OE and loving it!
  19. Your my hero! Glad you made it home, can't wait to see the pics. Maybe next time I'll be in a few!
  20. Ah man I love those kind of trips! Glad to hear you guys made it home! So was it just you and John? Where the hell was Dave? I know his Hatch sat in the driveway all weekend.
  21. Mine scrubed the inside of the wheel well in my '85 Brat befor it was lifted, but that was on relly tight turns. You will have to beat down the seam in the wheel well.
