Anyone suggest a good Bubble Alignment tool that clips to Rim. The center hub Magnet type is not versatile enough ...

What you need is a combo bubble,cable tool that will allow you to do camber and toe. Unfortunately, they have not been available for many years. You'll need to search Evilbay for something.
