I am putting a 95 2.2 into a 98 gt. I was told to put the 98 wiring on the 95 intake. I did but the coil pack from the 95 has a different plug and the coil pack from the 98 doesn't mount. What to do?

make it fit, i just use the one or two holes that line up

+1 - just make it sit there, not a big deal.  it's about as benign as you can get - line up one bolt, zip tie it, etc - it's a static part that's not going anywhere.

 

there's no need to swap wiring harnesses - the EJ22 is plug and play.

you can simply go back to the EJ22 wiring harness?  that's the 100% solution without rewiring, repinning, or splicing in the correct connector.
