So I have my ea82t pulled now I'm trying to get to the heads is there any good directions anyone has. maybe a video or pictorial. . Anything will help.

You just have to take a lot apart.  "rocker" covers off, timing belts and covers off.   Cam carriers off.  Intake off.  Now you're at the heads.
