West Coast Subaru Transport

Featured Replies

In the middle of July I am doing something called the Pin-Ball run.  Its sorta like the Cannon run, but on mopeds.   Over 7 days we will be racing from Seattle to San Diago.   I need a chase vehicle to use to support my team with tools, extra parts, and what not.   Its actually cheeper to buy a crappy car off of Craigslist then it is to rent a uhaul.

That gave me an idea though.  Their are a lot of sweet vintage subaru's in the northwest that are harder to find in the southwest.   If you were eyeing one and needed it transported.  I can take it down the coast for you.

If anyone is interested, let me know.

Awesome idea Brett!  I hope someone takes you up it.  Cheers

I have been under the impression that the cars from the PNW are less cancer ridden than those of the NE.

I want to know if this is something that I have fabricated in my brain when I was asleep or if this is true.

I am looking/inquiring/making the decision for my nephew to either buy or not buy said car.

Would prefer someone on the board here have a car up for sale, I also know those chances are slim to none, any and all input is appreciated and will be welcomed.

Thank You

Looking for late 90s Subaru to 2004 ish.

Needs to be in decent shape body wise, and mechanically sound.

Looking at spending 3-4K.

Thanks

Your correct about the lack of rust on Northwest cars.   They don't salt their roads, they use sand for the most part.  Most cars from that neck of the woods tend to have way less cancer.

I am a bit confused.   So Brett from Kansas City wants to rent a PNW soob, drive it from Seattle to San Diego as a moped chase vehicle.    Then Brett will drive the car to Wichita and Dinky will buy it?
