987687 Posted October 30, 2015 Share Posted October 30, 2015 (edited) No, it won't. You need a gate from a 2000 to 2004 legacy wagon or outback. Colour options changed for the 03 and 04 years, so you won't get one in that range that colour matches, but it will fit just fine.
