08 Subaru legacy. I have been blowing low beam headlight fuses off and on for a few months. Yesterday I blew a couple which also blew my high beam bulb. Today even with the blown fuse and the switch turned all the way off they are flickering on both sides and trying to work. What do I do?

any other electrical issues? any work done to the car before this began? have you checked the alternator voltage?
