trying to figure out one of several things.

Vehicle:1995-1997 Subaru Legacy Wagon L w/AT & AC

Condition: KeyOn EngineOff Self Test

Beeps / chimes: 5 times

These bulbs are all still on after system/bulb test completes:

Check Engine
AT Oil Temp
Oil
Battery
Brake

What could be going on here??
 

Recently had a P0400 code. needed some EGR/ BPT work.  Code Cleared.  May still have clogged pipe(s), head, etc.

 

CEL (nor do any of the others) do not appear after the engine started.

Recently had a Drain & Refil of Dextron III ATF

Brake Master Cylinder replaced recently. Front Brakes 25% (4mm) Rear: 7mm

 

Other work that needs done:

 

Rad Hoses

all belts

Front brakes

Axle Boots

Power Steering Pump rebuild (leaks)

minor engine leaks (needs new gasket set)

 

those lights lit, key on engine off is normal

I have had others ('95 Legacy Sedan) where in this mode, they were off KOEO.  With the exception of Batt.  (weak battery & alternator).

Thats perfectly normal. Those lights stay on until you start the engine.
