Looking for the most efficient setup for doing valve removal and installation on mainly Subaru  Ej22 and Ej25 heads . Ideally I would like an attachment to a floor or bench top press. What do you seasoned veterans use?

Old School valve spring compressor, hand held.  Check Goodson.com or Cylinder Head Supply.

 

I'm not sure there IS any easy way to do them on EJ25 heads. :wacko:
