ive had an exhaust leak from the front flange since i got the car ive tried to fix it a few times now with no success new gasket double gaskets whats the best way to seal the flange when a gasket wont seal it? this is the last leak left in my exhaust.

I take it you are talking y-pipe to Cat?

 

Take it a part and inspect it.  You can grind any high spots down, bend the tabs until they pull well.

If you get it flat a single gasket should work.
