The marking that says 11222 is that for the main bearings? I'm a little confused because I'm trying to buy some King bearings the MB5382XPG which is the standard size.

The numbers on the block mean nothing as far as the parts you need.  Use the King catalog and match up the year, model and whether you need standard, .25 or .50.  Basically, King sells turbo, non-turbo and race bearings.  We like the race bearings for SOHC engines.  It's that simple.
