EA82 Oil Pump Shaft Seal

Okay... I've got my oil pump off  my EA82, and have my new O-rings, and the shaft seal...

 

Any advice on removing the front pulley bolt to access the shaft seal?  I'm hesitant because I don't want to damage the rotor.

3 options:

 

Clamp the rotor with pine blocks.

Clamp the pulley with an old timing belt.

Air Impact wrench, hold the pulley or rotor with gloves..
