I have to replace the rear bumper on a 2000 outback. Around the wheel wells is a thin black trim piece and it goes all the way to the bumper. Is there a good glue to reattach that after I do the bumper.

I've used Duco Cement Multi-Purpose Household Glue on badges without problem. I would think it should work for that fine.

Where would I get that

Try a little mom and pop store like Walmart

If it's the black weather seal trim that runs along the seam in the wheel well, leave it off. That trim traps moisture and dirt on that seam and will eventually cause it to rust. Tape along the outer edge of the wheel arch and spray that seam with undercoat or bed-liner.

Ace hardware, not the big box stores or Amazon.

Amazon has an array of different stuff but this glue as well.
