Which OBDII iOS app and Bluetooth adapter are you using?

Featured Replies

I don't have one yet. Got a vag com cable instead. But what I read is as long as the elm 327 is v1.5 or v1.4 it will work with most apps. Wifi only for ios. There are other adapters now like obd link mx Bluetooth and wifi but the apps are written for elm327

Elm327 is the name of the first Bluetooth obd II adapter. Its been copied a lot in recent years and now has wifi capable versions.

I've been using blue driver for a few years and like it, but it isn't as capable as Torque, and it costs around $100 now for the adapter, so I have a hard time recommending it. Haven't used any of the newer stuff though I will probably be trying some of them here pretty soon.
