Hi

my name is Alex, I'm from Australia, and I have a 1988 Subaru Touring Wagon.

I once used to chat on AUSUBARU, but like many members from there, there was a great falling out, because the guy who runs it cannot handle the fact that there are other people building far better components for subarus for a fraction of his price.

My subaru is got the usual mods:

Four inch lift kit, (custom brake lines!) made by http://funonwheels.net/hirise

14 inch wheels with 27 inch tyres

EA82 Carby with many tweaks

Custom Rear Mattress (yes, I'm shorter than your average guy, and I hate rear passengers!)

Roof racks modified to fit

130w Spotlights

Kenwood CD player with remote

3 x Autometer electric guages (for monitoring the motor whilst im thrashing it!)

and a whole bunch of other mods that i've most likely have forgotten to mention.

anyways, will post pics soon!

Alex, welcome to the board. Good to have another from down under on the board.

Welcome to the board,

Post picks of this camper wagon. I've slept in the Hatch a time or two and I'm not short.:-\
