Any difference in the rear subframes of the 2000-04s between 4cylinder and H6? Just want to confirm before I pull the trigger on one.

they are interchangeable.

Next question is what the final drive of the rear diff is for the H6 diff? It's an 03. and the diff and all comes as a whole "cradle"

 

Would certainly simplify the process if the diffs match and dont need swapped. Both are automatic.

All of those except the '04+ Baja use the same (superseded) part number. For the '02 model year, they got a better paint that is more rust resistant, so an '02+ used one is preferrable, the '00-'01 part number supersedes to the '02+ number.

 

FYI, the Subaru part number is 20152AE00B, and MSRP is $339.22
