Have 07 Impreza  with two copper washers and a u shaped copper washer that hold the power steering pump hose on top of power steering pump with a bolt. Do the two washers go on the inside or the outside  of the u shaped washer? Whatever I'm doing is incorrect because the power steering fluid is leaking from the connection between hose and pump.

It should only have the u-shaped washer. No other washers needed.

this is exactly where I had a problem,  and wasn't sure if I put it back on correctly... Maybe just need to tighten the bolt more.   What is the torque spec?
