The Scooby Posted July 2, 2004 Share Posted July 2, 2004 well once again, i got another DP clogged, the stock one finally clogged, then i got another from work, it lasted me about 3 weeks, and now it clogged fully tonight. so this time im going to replace it myself, how hard it it to replace the DP on a 3dr, the one thats going on has had the stock cat gutted, and all the stock welds cleaned and reinforced, looks like i got a project for the next week after work. You could take the time to cut off pipes from the cats, punch them out and weld them all back together. Good luck clogging 1 7/8" pipe! haha Seems that can be troublesome as the pipes get rusted out. Even double walled OEM pipe tends to just desinegrate under the awsome power of a welder! Also some ppl here have made some pretty custom downpipes and exhuast systems for the EA82t; maybe you could talk to them about replicating one or getting one made? Good luck !_!
