Remove/replace front seal 2001 Outback Auto Tranny

Hello all,

 

  Simple question, how does one go about removing the front seal on an automatic tranny in a 2001 Outback? Does it just pull/pry out, cause it looks like it does? 

Note: I tried to search, but found about every thing else Outback, but not how to remove that seal..
