I have a 89 Loyale 4x4 push button it's stuck in 4wheel drive and when I put it in 2 wheel it won't go into any gears and just grinds but when it's in 4 wheel it goes fine but also when I put it in park it goes out of park when I turn the engine off any ideas this is a very odd problem 

Sounds like you have a stripped front hub.  Put it in 2WD.  Have someone look at the axle nut on the front wheel.  Put it in gear.  Check both sides.  If the axle nut turns, and the wheel doesn't,  there's your problem.
