She's been driving the RX for a few days while I work on/wait on parts for her VW cabriolet. She likes the way it shifts (sloppy, like her VW), she likes the turbo noise, she's comfortable in it.

And yesterday, there was all this flash flooding in downtown Richmond. It took her an hour and a half to go 6-7 miles home. And it involved driving through water halfway up the door. The RX puttered through it no problem.

 

She had only one issue. She was driving down this very flooded street with a bunch of other commuters when this "SUV a**hole" shot by her on the left. She had her window down an inch for ventilation. The resulting tidal wave soaked her.

 

But other than that, she loves the car. I have to be careful that she doesn't grap on it.

All she has to do is bat her little eyes and your the new VW guy!!! Vicky
