Ways of towing a Brat....

Featured Replies

Whats the ways you can tow a Brat??? I was thinking if it would be OK to tow it with the front wheels up as long that is out of 4WD. Let the back wheels roll freely. Wouldnt that make sense because they must roll freely when its not in 4WD. OR.... Im Im just totally wrong and it has to be all 4 wheels up or on the ground??? Please anyone that can help. Thanks......

If the 4WD is not engaged the rears will spin freely. The rear diff and shaft will spin with them but they should be disingaged from the tranny.

How do you go about disengaging that. Im no mechanic. Is it fairly easy or not???? Thanks....

he means they should be disengaged if it's not in 4WD, not they should be disengaged and you have to do something special for that. you should be fine. maybe check the gear oil in the differential first.

Yeah, I just meant to be sure you are out of 4WD.
