concerning your exhaust, I might have a quick-fix...the pipe itself is actually two pipes in one, and the inner pipe has unhinged itself from the outer (thus the rattling)...so what you do is drill a hole every 15 inches along the exhaust pipe, then fill the holes with a wire-feed welder, fuseing the two pipes back together.
