Ed Dahl used some older pictures as a model for his decals. They do look awesome... well worth his price too... a sign shop will charge much more to recreate them.

WOW thats IS a beauty. I hope the "4 Wheel Drive" badge will look good on that. Maybe I'll get a set of silver stripes and paint the car blue.....hmmm would look quite nice actually....

Bold blue... like that "knock-your-eye-out blue" they used on Mustangs a few years back.

 

Thanks Russ, the badge'll be fine, I haven't installed it yet... still need the right Brat badge, rain guard and antenna then the exterior will be done (I may change out the tires for white lettered nubby ones). The interior needs a black dash and black all-vinyl seats (I'm trying for original).

that is a fine looking brat... wish those stickers had been a month ago when i decided i was going to do lettering...

 

come to think of it, i don't know that i have seen a yellow with red before, ever. looks mightly fine.
