Replacing my front and rear differential fluids. Can anyone tell me ballpark how much I need for each?

Also, is it always a pain to get the rear bolts out?

Ummm.... off the top of my head, the rear is slightly less than a quart. The transmission/front diff takes around four. (I assume yours has a manual tranny.)

.8 qt for the rear. Front may be same. Start at .8 and continue filling until the dip stick indicates a full level of fluid...for the auto that is. If its a manual 4x4 trans....3.5 qts for single and dual range trans. Full time 4WD trans gets 3.7 qts.
