Whats better LSD or Lincoln Locker, and which is easier to do on a low budget Suby Wagon. also what can i do about the front? Sorry its a quick post i will revise it when i get off work(on lunch).

Mike

Lincoln locker is cheaper initally, but will break more axles.

LSD works well, and will break less stuff.

I agree and don't worry about doing anything to the front diff unless its a phantom LSD. If you lincoln lock the front, you'll be having sone steering issues especially if you drive it on the street....

I had the same question when I was building "Summer". The feedback I got was overwhelmingly in support of Lincoln.

If you need it unlocked then removing an axle only takes a few minutes and your back to an unlocked rear.

I welded mine and have not had any problems but i did end up reinforcing my diff hanger. This is what I did to my diff...

However, l always have my eye out for a LSD as a spare...
