How rare are 5spd Turbo 91-94

Featured Replies

I am asking this because I found one, that needs some work.

I have read several sales on ebay and other saying there are only 5 or 12 per year that were stick rather than Auto.

Is this true?

How rare are the 5sps models?

They are not that rare. All the numbers floating around the net are grossly incorrect. If it's in decent shape, it'd be worth looking into. If it's a POS....just keep looking.

BTW, the turbo legacies were only offered for 1991-1994 MY's.

Thanks! I thought they were offered in 90 also.

The car is little beat but runs great and I think I can get if for under $1000.

It does have 185K, but drives strait and shifts very well.

It needs a bit of body & interior work, brakes, cv joint, and misc small issues.

Buy it, change the water pump, seals, plugs, wires, all fluids and timing belt and then try to catch up with my milage. Have fun....

Where have I seen this car information posted before? The 5 speeds are rarer then the autos, seems like most people order these with autos, the 91 is the rarest because it comes with the VLSD rear diff.
